On this episode of the podcast Dr. Cappel spends time with her good friend Karlene Belyea who is the Chief Culture Officer at Mission Veterinary Partners. Karlene was the CEO of the Michigan Veterinary Medical Association for 15 years and is a national speaker in the areas of communication and hospital culture. Dr. Cappel and Karlene spent time together working on the general board and the executive board of the MVMA.
