Wouldn't it be amazing if you could feel more balanced on the inside?  If you could understand yourself better and not fight with your emotions?  That is the feeling of inner balance or inner peace.  When you put in the work to know and understand yourself better, and then begin to offer yourself what you need, you can create some inner balance.  Take time to work on yourself this week and create more inner balance.
