Clients seem to be getting more and more demanding as the veterinary profession suffers from being understaffed and overworked. Why do we let rude clients affect us? What can we do to overcome the fear that we feel about getting negative comments or bad reviews? Veterinarians need to stand up to client bullies and support each other to overcome this issue. If we recognize that the poor behavior of our clients is a reflection of their own stress and overwhelm, we can begin to create a plan to protect our teams from the demands of clients.
