Have you ever made a mistake? That is a ridiculous question because all humans make mistakes. The real question is, can we learn from our mistakes and not let them stop us from growing? Dr. Susan Sayles and I talk about the mistakes that we made in our careers and how we learned some valuable lessons and survived.
