Overthinking causes worry, anxiety, and leads to stress.  Overthinking is a primary contributor to an unfocused mind and feelings of decision fatigue. Those of us who overthink tend to be perfectionists with a need to run through all options before making a choice.   Our overthinking causes us to avoid moving forward in our lives.
