On this episode of the podcast Dr. Cappel talks about quitting and how it can become a habit if we practice it.  Quitting on the commitments that we make to ourselves or our goals is something that can easily derail us from living our best life.  Taking small steps (baby steps) towards any goal will bring challenge and small failures, but perseverance is the key to avoiding the temptation to quit on yourself.
