Dr. Philippa Pavia is the National Director of Soft Tissue Surgery and Surgical Onchology at Thrive Pet Healthcare. Dr. Pavia is also Thrive's Vice President of Medical Operations in the Central Group and works with senior leadership to cutivate a positve hospital culture, support team growth and development, and insure exceptional medical care and client experience. She holds a degree in English Literature from Yale University and a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from The University of Pennsylvania College of Veterinary Medicine. She is a Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Surgeons specializing in small animal surgery.
