Today we are going to unpack what "being nice" really means in the context of client service - and how to do it in a way that doesn't burn you out or compromise your ethics, values, and morals. Hospital reviews show that our clients want to feel cared for, safe, respected and heard. When we are stressed, sometimes we lose the ability to be kind and patient and that is exactly what gets us into trouble with miscommunication and client dissatisfaction.
