On this episode of the podcast Julie talks about Self-doubt. Self-doubt is a lack of confidence in your abilities and capabilities. You often have this negativity in your primitive brain that is trying to protect you from harm. In reality the negativity will hold you back from doing big things and taking risks in life. If we can learn to overcome our self-doubt we will alleviate much of the anxiety that we feel when making decisions.
