We think a lot! Experts say anywhere from 6000-60,000 thoughts per day. Many of those thoughts that we think are habitual and are often negative. If we can learn to observe our thoughts with better understanding we can do the work that it takes to become more positive and resilient. Our thoughts create our results and we can learn to change our results in life by understanding ourselves and our mind.
